Member Goals

Most people who sign up for our Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward. 

Get inspired by reading some of these Goals!

Demo’s Goals are to:
   1. walk 30 minutes per day
   2. eat breakfast
   3. develop and maitain a healthier lifestyle

makingachange13’s Goals are to:
   1. wear a bikini
   2. Run a half marathon
   3. complete a tough mudder

Feeling Better’s Goals are to:
   1. wear a bikini

Seren’s Goals are to:
   1. Live healthy (healthy food, healthy thoughts, healthy behaviors)
   2. increase my level of physical activity
   3. lose weight at a good pace

TeaBakerBook’s Goals are to:
   1. to eat 3 healthy meals per day and one fruit snack in the evening with my cuppa tea
   2. I have a cute pair of jeans hanging in the closet, I would like to be able to wear them comfortably
   3. I want to take the weight off to help with the healing of my joint pain

harden’s Goals are to:

Ratna’s Goals are to:
   1. To lose 20 pounds in 3 months
   2. To exercise 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes
   3. To reduce the amount of sugar I consume

KK2015’s Goals are to:
   1. exercise 3x week such that heart rate is increased for 30 minutes. walk daily. wear my fitbit ZIP.
   2. lose the 10 lbs I lost in 2015 then regained between Thanksgiving and NYE 2015!
   3. log my food intake every day on MFP.

Shari’s Goals are to:
   1. Lose 18 lbs. Overcome emotional eating. Overcome the sugar addiction. Eat healthy fats. Maintain a healthy weight. Drink water.
   2. I want to cut down my portion size at dinner by at least 1/3 of what I have now.
   3. I want to go for a one hour walk at least twice weekly.

jessmess’s Goals are to:

patches1953’s Goals are to:
   1. self-confidence, appearance, mobility, not feeling tired and run down, more energy and look healthier
   2. I am now being told my sugar levels are high. Looking at medication. I don't want that but it is too late. I need help eating right!
   3. To just be at a healthy weight for once in my life and not have to go to a special store just to buy big girl clothes.
