Member Goals

Most people who sign up for our Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward. 

Get inspired by reading some of these Goals!

Tommie’s Goals are to:
   1. 1. Lose 150 lbs of ugly so that I will finally be healty and hopefully not have to take medication for hypertension.
   2. 2. Lose 150 lbs of ugly so that I can have quality fun with my grandchildren (running and playing, walking the dogs) and not have to use a walker anymore.
   3. 3. Lose 150 lbs of ugly so that I can breath better and fit in those darn narrow airplane seats.

cracur’s Goals are to:
   1. Lose 60 pounds in the fastest and safest method
   2. Reduce my resting blood pressure and glycemic index values to normal.
   3. Look and feel more energetic.

stedix’s Goals are to:
   1. To attain a BMI of 25
   2. To enjoy my body, feel confident and sexy in my body
   3. To feel healthy and light at all times and be able to dress the way i want while looking good and gorgeous!

Lavender’s Goals are to:
   1. To attain a BMI of 25
   2. To enjoy my body, feel confident and sexy in my body

Pat’s Goals are to:
   1. to lose 40lbs lower my cholesterol get more active
   2. To enjoy my body, feel confident and sexy in my body

Dreamer’s Goals are to:
   1. Reduce weight in order to reduce strain on my skeleton
   2. To lose weight in order to improve mobility
   3. To look better

Michele’s Goals are to:

summergrl’s Goals are to:
   1. Lose Weight
   2. Continue to work on living a healthier lifesyle.

Gaia’s Goals are to:
   1. To have a beautiful and sexy body back again, even better this time
   2. To enjoy my body, feel confident and sexy in my body
   3. To feel healthy and light at all times and be able to dress the way i want while looking good and gorgeous!

impalamania’s Goals are to:
   1. My goal is to lose 40 pounds by August 31, 2010. I will weigh less than 198 pounds when I walk my daughter down the aisle on September 25, 2010.
   2. My goal is to develop a consistent daily and weekly exercise routine of walking and bike riding in order to 'enjoy' life more.
   3. My goal is to transition from my pony-keg belly to at least a 12-pack. I am concerned that 6-pack abs could cause more trouble than it is worth!

molly’s Goals are to:
   1. SET REACHABLE GOALS, BELIEVE THAT I CAN SUCCEED, HAVE NO EXCUSES, BE PATIENT , AND IMAGINE THE RESULTS.
   2. To feel stronger and have more energy.
   3. To feel more confident in the way I look, and wear the clothes I want to wear.

Tabbyh’s Goals are to:
   1. Lose 50 lbs
   2. be healthy and in good shape
   3. I want to find a way of eating that I am comfortable with instead of feeling that every meal is a struggle/battle.

AngelNight’s Goals are to:
   1. To maintain a healthy lifestyle.
   2. To feel stronger and have more energy.
   3. To feel more confident in the way I look, and wear the clothes I want to wear.

ASF’s Goals are to:
   1. To feel more confident in the way I look, and wear the clothes I want to wear.
   2. To feel stronger and have more energy.
   3. To maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Angsthase’s Goals are to:
   1. My goal is to achieve a weight of 80 Kg. For this I need to a weightloss of 30 kg! I wont to stop all out of meal eating. Three meals a day, thats it. I want to know how to cope with the cause of eating because if nervousity. This is important, because I often feel like I can't stop eating.
   2. To cook healthy meals and snacks
   3. To exercise regularly
