Member Goals

Most people who sign up for our Online Program post some personal goals. Many of our members have said that publically stating these goals is very important because it helps them to keep focused on their commitment to try to reach their goals. Posting goals also helps others to decide what they would like to try to work toward. 

Get inspired by reading some of these Goals!

gosani’s Goals are to:
   1. I want a bather life stile
   2. I want to leave a long life
   3. I want to like my body

redrose’s Goals are to:
   1. To improve my over all health.
   2. To strengthen my heart and other muscles.
   3. To improve the quality of my life through diet and exercise.

susyq’s Goals are to:
   1. to reduce my current weight from 128 to between 118 and 123
   2. strength

gonnadoit’s Goals are to:
   1. To eat fast food no more than once a week for the next month
   2. strength
   3. appearance

lokigirlpdx’s Goals are to:
   1. health
   2. strength
   3. appearance

gordoncanada’s Goals are to:
   1. I want to be able to breathe easily, tie my shoelaces comfortably, and not feel bloated
   2. I want to feel more energy
   3. I want to achieve and maintain my ideal weight for life

Shari Marie’s Goals are to:
   1. To lose 20 lbs. by March 1, 2012.
   2. To maintain my weight loss for the rest of my life.
   3. To do it for me, my health, family and friends, looks, feeling good about myself, self-control, and being successful.

Rowsie’s Goals are to:
   1. Loose 70lbs overall
   2. Have more energy to play with my kids and participate in life again.
   3. Be a healthy example for my daughter so she doesn't struggle with weight like my mom and myself.
